When we were deciding to join the Subaru Certified Collision Network, one of the first questions we asked was about Subaru’s main goals for establishing the Network. Subaru really cares about their owners and considers them one big happy family. One of the ways they have set out to serve vehicle owners better is to make sure that, at the time of an accident, Subaru owners are treated the same way they would throughout any Subaru experience – with love, respect, and integrity. The Collision Network program centers around proper and safe repairs with quality service. Since not all collision centers are created equally, Subaru wanted to raise the flag and provide awareness of the facilities out there that are doing a really good job.
Bates Collision believes in the same values as Subaru. We have received the proper training and purchased the necessary equipment that can return your Subaru back to its pre-accident condition. And our acceptance into the Subaru Certified Collision Network illustrates that we operate with the same values as Subaru.
