Ford has a national body shop program that enables independent body shops to become officially certified by Ford. In order to become certified, a facility must meet Ford’s stringent guidelines for technician training, equipment, and performance.
We have set high standards for ourselves, strove to meet them, and are proud to have earned this distinction from Ford. Our technicians are Ford-factory trained to repair your vehicle. We have purchased Ford-specific tools and equipment to repair your Ford vehicle. Our facility has ALUMINUM work bays to repair your F-series aluminum trucks as well as the many new aluminum Ford models.
Newer Ford F-series trucks are manufactured with high strength, military-grade aluminum alloy body and should be repaired by a Ford Aluminum Certified technician at Bates Collision. Our technicians are factory trained to weld, rivet, and repair aluminum. We advocate the use of genuine Ford parts to protect your warranty. Only Ford parts can restore your Ford F-Series pickups to factory condition.
